How to Improve Hearing Power in Old Age?
Sensorineural hearing loss caused by the damage to the hair cells or the nerves in the cochlea or inner cell is the most common type of Hearing Loss in older age people. The main cause is age but excessive noise exposure and damage to the inner ear caused by drugs or chemicals can contribute.
There are various ways in which hearing power in old
age can be improved. These includes:

Diet- Consume a balanced
diet to live a healthy and balanced life. By consuming junk food, quality of
life disappears like a bubble. Zinc or intravenous magnesium can improve hearing loss.
Tinnitus characteristic of the old age ear is improved by folate (vitamin B9).
Noise induced auditory impairment chances can be reduced by astaxanthin.
Mineral is a good source that keeps hearing healthy. Nutritious ingredients
like osteopathine, vitamin A, folate, zinc and magnesium are helpful in
improving the hearing capabilities.

Daily exercise and meditations-
